VK999 Terms and Conditions — User Agreement

1. General Terms

VK999 is an online entertainment platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots and related gaming services. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the VK999 website and mobile application. Additional rules may apply to specific products or promotions and will be displayed at the relevant point within the platform.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK) and are intended for players based in Pakistan. All monetary references in these Terms are in PKR unless stated otherwise. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

VK999 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, VK999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through in-platform messaging or email.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use VK999, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be acting on behalf of or depositing funds owned by a third party.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on VK999.
• Not have previously had a VK999 account permanently closed for breach of Terms.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

VK999 may request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or closure. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

3. Account Rules

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active VK999 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, VK999 will close all secondary accounts and may void any related bets or bonus claims.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. VK999 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must not share your account access with any other person. VK999 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to maintain account security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact VK999 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. VK999 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account freeze while the investigation is underway.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and verification must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits

VK999 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfers and other supported mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no platform-side fee applied to deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the VK999 account holder — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.

VK999 does not accept deposits made with borrowed money, credit cards intended for personal loans, or funds obtained through illegal means. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours.

In exceptional circumstances, VK999 may request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal restriction until the matter is resolved.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to verified account holders with a real money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold of PKR 1,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your VK999 account.

VK999 does not charge any platform-side fees on withdrawals. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes; Raast transfers within two hours; bank transfers within the same business day in most cases.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• Your withdrawable balance is shown separately from any active bonus balance in the cashier section.
• VK999 may request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts as part of standard fraud prevention procedures.
• Withdrawals to a different payment method than was used for the original deposit may require additional verification.

VK999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms or a violation of anti-money laundering requirements.

6. Betting Rules

VK999 offers sports betting on cricket, football, esports and other markets. Specific rules for each sport and market type are available within the betting section of the platform and should be read before placing a bet. The following general rules apply across all sports betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. VK999 does not accept bet cancellation requests once a bet is placed, except where permitted under specific cash-out or market void rules.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided — due to match cancellation, abandonment or other circumstances — will be refunded at the original stake.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• VK999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or pricing mistake.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed before confirmation. VK999 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to accounts where unusual patterns are identified.
• For cricket: PSL and T20 international markets follow standard ICC rules as the basis for settlement. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time of the relevant event.

Attempting to exploit errors in odds, engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or any other form of bet manipulation is a breach of these Terms and may result in voided bets and account suspension.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

VK999 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets and cashback deals. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on VK999 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be met before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Restrictions

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, across all accounts they hold.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to another player.
• VK999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without notice, provided the player has not already claimed it.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will be voided and the accounts closed.
• VK999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion if circumstances warrant it, including technical errors in promotional mechanics.

8. Casino Games

The VK999 game lobby includes slots, live casino tables and virtual sports titles sourced from certified third-party providers. All games use independently verified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available within the game information panel.

9. User Conduct

Players are expected to use VK999 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts or other software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or game results.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language directed at VK999 staff or other users through any support or communication channel.
• Providing false documentation during identity verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts.

VK999 employs monitoring systems to detect unusual account behaviour. Where suspicious activity is identified, VK999 may place a temporary hold on an account pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, any associated bets, winnings or bonus claims may be voided at VK999's discretion.

10. Privacy and Data

VK999 collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration and ongoing platform operation. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used and who it may be shared with are set out in the VK999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering, you consent to VK999 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and responsible gaming monitoring.
• VK999 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies.
• Data shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) is limited to what is necessary to complete the transaction.
• Players may request access to their personal data or request deletion of their account by contacting support.

11. Responsible Gaming

VK999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and casino games are entertainment products and should be enjoyed as such — not used as a means of generating income or as a way to recover financial losses. 12. Suspension and Account Closure

VK999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering or suspicious financial behaviour.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Identification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's payment provider.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method after standard verification.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting VK999 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be paid out following standard verification procedures.

13. Limitation of Liability

VK999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and service quality, VK999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents and external factors beyond VK999's control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, VK999 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings or opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical issues beyond VK999's direct control.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's own payment provider.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits VK999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

VK999 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update displayed at the top. Where changes are significant, VK999 will provide notice through in-platform messaging or registered email before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of VK999 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance withdrawal.
